About Football Predictions

Football Predictions provides football statistics and information: predictions for selected matches, top picks, live scores and results. It is for information and entertainment.

It is not a betting or gambling service. You cannot place bets, deposit money or win money in the app, and we do not accept, broker or facilitate bets anywhere.

Predictions are opinions

Predictions and top picks are our view of the likeliest outcome, based on statistics and football knowledge. They can be wrong. Scores, kick-off times and results are entered and updated by our team and may be delayed or contain mistakes. Odds are indicative market prices shown for context only and are not an offer of a bet.

Nothing in Football Predictions is financial, betting or other professional advice. You are responsible for any decisions you make using it.

Using the app

You may use Football Predictions for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, resell or republish our predictions or other content without our written permission;
• interfere with or disrupt the app, its servers or other users, or try to gain unauthorised access to them;
• reverse engineer or modify the app, except where the law allows it;
• use the app in breach of any law that applies to you.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, use Football Predictions only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Premium subscriptions

Premium is an optional subscription that removes ads and unlocks every top pick. It is offered as monthly and yearly plans at the prices shown in the app before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
• If a free trial is offered, the subscription starts and you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Any unused part of a trial ends if you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases ourselves.
• To unlock Premium on another device signed in to the same account, use Restore purchase in the app.

Ads, rewards and promotions

The free version is supported by ads. One top pick is free each day, and you can unlock the rest of that day’s top picks by watching a short rewarded ad. We may also run promotions, such as a free day of Premium for sharing the app. Ads, rewards and promotions depend on availability, may change or end at any time and have no cash value.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, we may send alerts such as when the day’s top picks are published. You can turn them off in the app or in your device’s settings.

Intellectual property

The app, the website, their design and text, our predictions, and the Football Predictions name and logo belong to Flagout Limited or our licensors. We give you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, under these terms and the rules of the store you got it from.

Team, league and competition names, and any other third-party marks, belong to their owners and are used only to identify matches. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any league, club or federation.

Third-party services

The app relies on services from other companies, such as Apple, Google and RevenueCat, and the free version shows third-party ads. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services, and we are not responsible for third-party content, products or websites.

Changes and availability

We may add, change or remove features, competitions or content, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We will try to give notice of significant changes but cannot promise that Football Predictions will always be available or error-free.

Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, Football Predictions is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including about accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from reliance on predictions, odds, scores or other content, including money lost on bets placed with third parties. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to Football Predictions is limited to the amount you paid for Premium in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.

Ending your use

You can stop using Football Predictions at any time by deleting the app and, if you subscribed, cancelling Premium in your store account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as the disclaimers and limitation of liability, keep applying.

Apple App Store terms

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:

• These terms are between you and Flagout Limited only, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the app and its content.
• Your licence is limited to using the app on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection or privacy claims.
• If a third party claims that the app or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim.
• You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You must comply with any third-party terms that apply when using the app, such as your network provider’s.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you once you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the consumer law of the country where you live gives you the right to rely on your local law or bring a claim in your local courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or on this page. If you keep using Football Predictions after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply.
